Belvoir is will be taking on an additional 22,000 personnel by 2011.  There are many housing options available to personnel moving to the area and we are here to help you understand the options and find what best suits your needs.  Whether purchasing or renting, we are your one stop shop for making a smooth transition.

The biggest challenge we face here in Northern Virginia is our traffic.  The closer in to the city of DC, the more expensive housing is.  We can provide valuable information about transportation options and proximity of neighborhoods to Ft. Belvoir.

Currently we are in a market that favors the buyer after a few years of out of control price inflation do to a shortage of housing inventory.  We have seen prices fall anywhere from 10 - 15% depending on the area, but the market is beginning to stabilize as we are seeing more purchasers gain confidence in buying.  Most buyers are beginning to feel the values are something they feel comfortable with and we are seeing the market tighten up.
