We absolutely loved working with Sarah Reynolds and her team. They were very professional, knowledgable and understood our requirements. They brought in several people to help stage, photograph and list the home. The brochures and web listed was excellent and showed well. We sold our home for 99% of our asking price and could not be happier in this market. Sarah and her team also helped us on the buying side as well. After our first choice of home was withdrawn, we were quite disappointed but Sarah reassured us that we would find a home that met our needs. While Sarah had a listing that would become our new home, they also sent out targeted mailers to homeowners in our neighborhood.
